Well for me I'm using an application to book bus cos it's easier and hassle-free.

actually it will be very easy to go thought via redbuss In the redBus application/website, when you will enter your source, destination & date of journey and proceed, you will see a complete list of buses with their timings on that route. You can click on any bus and under 'More about this bus' section, one can find 'Ratings and Reviews'.

Yeah you can purchase online literally at any time, anywhere.

It's the flexibility and choices that matter, they have a lot of couch companies to choose from.

That sounds hassle-free for on-the-goers, thanks for the details tho! Any suggestion on how to save up even more while using the app?

I wasn't a big fan but this is quite fine. It's convenient tho cos there's so many couch options and you can book anytime.

Apps will always be my first options cos you can collect points, getting cheaper rate and the flexibility in booking at anytime anywhere.

They even have point redemption where user can accumulate points, redbus is not a bad option tho.
