Hi joyce!! glad to hear that you becoming mother soon..hehe..that's what I went thru during my pregnancy..I made it!! hehe.. I think by taking more vitamin B6 food can help to relieve your morning sickness..btw..dont underestimate the severity of gum bleeding, pregnancy-induced hypertension, preterm delivery etc..they are serious stuff..

I think I had read something about gum bleeding in an article recently. If not mistakan, it's quite common in pregnant lady, up to 75 % will have some episodes of gingivitis during their pregnancy, especially second trimester.. It may last to about 8 months of pregnancy..This problem is quite common and some solutions are needed!!

Im fairly interested in the toothbrush trial, can anyone share the testimonial of this Systema Sensitive toothbrush? I understand that there are several ways to reduce gum bleeding, first is by diet- food riched in Vitamin A,B,C and E might help, secondly is by external regime- changing the toothbrush to soft bristle one, personally I would prefer the ultra soft convex turfing bristles in Systema Sensitive 0.02mm.. =)
