I think moderate smart phone u cn find easily at alot market or you can refer www.celcom.com.my/personal/promotion/cycle2smartphones about Celcom Android promo because they gt the internt subscription package with moderate phones that you might need. Their internet connection is furious. hahahaha

I saw this package recently... Celcom always comes out with best packages and plans that worth more than the price you committed... since your girl still small, i think Sony Xperia E1 might be a good choice. Girls love Sony's products :)))
