THE COURT CASE (COMMERCIAL DIVISION):
Suit No:D7-22-805-07 between SecCom and 7 defendants.
The case on the 24 Sept 2007 at the High Court of Malaya was only a 2nd hearing. Only the prosecuting and defending lawyers were present. None of the 7 defendants were present.

There where No enough Evidence on Swisscash because there is not even a single complaint against swisscash even from a single investor. Because they where Prompt Paying the investors since April 2005.

No decision has been made except the case is scheduled to continue on 8th Oct 2007 or 23 rd october.

So this is a good news for swisscash investors because the case is postponed for lack of evidence. So swisscash will Return back and continue with the new Plans .

Pesatnya pertumbuhan Swisscash menyebabkan situs-situsnya (swisscash.net, sip25.com, scmutualfund.com, swissmutualfund.biz) mengalami kemacetan (down) pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2007 dan SwissCash berencana menambah 2 buah server lagi, sesuai dengan perencanaan jauh hari sebelumnya bahwa tahun 2007 adalah tahun rebranding (pemantapan) bagi SwissCash

Namun hingga saat ini, semua berita tersebut belum terbukti dan belum ada berita resmi dari manajemen Swisscash dan Swiss mutual Fund.
Menyusul masalah ini, otoritas Pemerintah Malaysia telah melakukan tindakan hukum terhadap Amir Hasan (Pendiri DKT-Dream Kaya Team, sebuah tim bisnis online di Malaysia) yang sangat gencar mengembangkan Swisscash di seluruh dunia. Selain Amir Hassan, ikut dituntut juga Director Technical SwissCash Albert Lee, Dynamic Revolution Bhd. (perusahaan yang mengelola investasi SwissCash di Malaysia), Swisscash, dan Swiss Mutual Fund. Tuntutan pemerintah Malaysia muncul karena SwissCash tidak memiliki ijin di Malaysia. Info yang berkembang, hal ini telah mengakibatkan:
1. Tanggal 24 September 2007 Amir Hasan cs telah diajukan di Pengadilan Tinggi Malaysia.
2. Rekening-rekening terkait Swisscash sebanyak 8 buah di Hongkong dan 6 buah di Singapura telah dibekukan oleh otoritas interpol Commonwealth (Mareva Injunction) atas permintaan Pemerintah Malaysia, yang mengakibatkan Swisscash tidak dapat membayar investor-investornya.
3. Sidang terhadap Amir Hasan dkk ditangguhkan dan akan dilanjutkan tanggal 23 Oktober 2007.
4. Dari sumber yang bisa dipercaya, tadi malam (29 September 2007) Amir Hasan, kelompok Dream Kaya Team bertemu dan dinner dengan partner baru Swisscash.
5. Berita selanjutnya hanya akan kita ketahui secara pasti setelah sidang selesai.

Dari informasi melangkah maju( Moderator ) tentang perkembangan terakhir SC kita ketahui :
1. Keberadaan Amir Hasan cs ( tentunya di malaysia )
2. Rekening terkait Swisscash sudah di bekukan interpol.
3. Tanggal Sidang Amir Hasan cs.
dari poin di atas apakah ada tindakan yang jelas dari para leader kita yang notebane pada jayanya swisscash telah menikmati manisnya sebagai leader, Apakah para leader punya inisiatif untuk pergi ke malaysia untuk menemui Amir Hasan cs berkaitan swisscash kedepannya atau menghadiri sidang Amir Hasan cs ( sebagai informasi terbaru silakan lihat ke http://clearblogs.com/letmoneywork4u/ )
biar kami para bukan leader bisa mendapatkan informasi yang valid.
Kita semua masih mengharapkan swisscash jaya kembali kalaupun tidak ada lagi minimal kita mengetahui kejelasan dana kita di swisscash.

yg saya dengar, pengadilan amir hassan and gank sama sekali tidak terkait sc
tetapi terkait regulasi pemerintah malaysia saja
(amir cs melakukan tindakan melanggar hukum, yakni melabur di skim ilegal)
jadi, saya pikir sidang tsb tidak memberi dampak apa2 thd sc

trima's atas informasinya guru smp, so kita kalau baru sebatas mengengar kata orang kita sudah " Cabeeee.....deeehhh !!!,
atau ada rekan rekan investor sc yang mau jadi sponsor pendanaan ke Malaysia ? ( Kalau investor SC yang sudah mencapai level 5.000 ke atas (Counsultan) tidak bisa ke Malaysia ), minimal kita mengetahui kejelasan lewat pengadilan Amir Hasan CS, soalnya di malaysia tidak hanya Amir Hasan CS yang melebur di skim ilegal, pasti bayak
warga malaysia ikut melebur di SC, pertanyaannya kenapa hanya Amir Hasan CS yang di sidang ?
Apalagi ikut di tuntut Albert Lee ( Director Technical Swisscash ), so mengetahui donk
swisscash itu apa dan bagaimana kedepannya ?
