If for me? i'll choose UK laa...
since u've been here for so long, its time to search how the world look like..
By going UK, u'll quickly enhance your skills in the language youre studying at your home institution or learn a less commonly taught language spoken by a local community! u know laaa... haha
If u have opportunities to see the world and experience other cultures, just take the chance to increase your independence and self reliance, also self confidence.
Believe me, go to take a round and you'll return home with a more nuanced understanding of the world..

you should go to uk for further study if possible.
although study there is quite expensive, but you can apply for scholarship.
I had a friend who dont like to talk to others, and tend to avoid eye-contact with others.
We were worried about her when she told us that her parents decided to send her to further studies in overseas.
However, we were very surprise when we gathered with her during Chinese New Year. It was because she changed a lot in term of her personality. She was no longer hide herself when we were chatting, and she dare to express her own opinions and feelings. Thus, probably this is also the benefit of studying abroad.

for me, i would suggest you to stay in Malaysia, as i know, the local U in malaysia not bad also, like UTM, UM, USM and others, if you are really hardworking, then i think study here also the same lah! if you are lazy type, then go where also the same, right?
and the weather in UK is very very cold! you sure you can adapt to it? my cousin went to study there, end up keep feeling unwell due to the weather and then come back.
